Cup of Me: August 2011

HELLLLEEERRRRR!
So ummm yea its been about 6 MONTHS, since I've last posted something. Which is just insaneee !! Let me attempt to sum up my life for the past 6months!!

CAREER!!!
-Getting stronger and more confident everyday!!

- Did Beyonce's Who Run The World video, and was on her "4" special that aired on MTV/BET/VH1 which was such a MAJORRR learning experience as well as a great opportunity! *still cant even believe I did that --weirddd*

- Performed in the First Season of Ms. Rhapsody James's Motivating Excellence Training Program #Dreamcatchers * this program truly helped me find and learn so many different things bout myself, the industry, and my cast members* if you're a NYC dancer i HIGHLY suggest you audition for this program!

-Print Gigs/Iphone promo/Submissions /Auditions/Training.. UHH I JUST LOVE THAT I CAN DO WHAT I LOVE AND SHARE MY PASSION FROM THE BIGGEST OPPORTUNITY TO THE SMALLEST I'M SOOO GRATEFUL

LIFE!!
- Truly enjoying my journey. I'm human so I have my emotional days where i just feel like the whole wide world is sitting on my shoulders and then I have my days where I'm soo happy my smile just starts to lift me off the ground. Recently went on an amazing vacation to Dominican Republic.I definitely want to explore more things outside of the arts tho, cooking classes, learn a language, read more books I just want to fill up the other side of my brain with new information! Stay tuned for blogs on how that's going :)

- Been in NYC a WHOLE YEAR NOW!!Crazy how time flys, cant believe how much has happen in a year! The TRUE friends I've met have been amazing!One thing that does make me happy is that I'm still close to the ppl I NEED to be close with! Major shout out to my Linesisters /Sorors love u girlss soo much! and Congrats to my 7 who got married this past April!! ooooo-ooop!! Delta Sigma Theta til i D.I.E. cant 4get my Roscoe ;)...OHHH and Seanyy Bravooo *hehe*

LOVE!!
My family is so freakin supportive and they ARE love, we ALL have our wild family stories but when its all said and done these people were placed in our lives for a reason. Love them :) . As far as relationship love, I feel myself turning into or maturing I should say into a different type of woman that accepts, doesnt accepts, like and/or dislikes certain things completly different than I did 2yrs ago. Letting go of the thought OF NEEDING to be with someone to feel love.And i'm finally getting to a point where I'm in love with myself more than anything. SELF-LOVE is the #loveofmylife

There ya go! Tried to sum it up the best I could w/out writing too much!! Trust and believe there have def been some roadblocks BUT its all apart of my journey. Sometimes I cant even believe that I'm actually pursuing MY DREAMS..lil ol me... weirdd, but I know this is all happening for a reason #blessed and #highlyfavored
